ABSTRACT Introduction Athletics has high requirements for resistance and strength. Therefore, more researchers are focusing on improving these athletes’ endurance muscular strength, prioritizing their sports performance. Objective Explore methods of adding to conventional training increase performance muscle strength in track field. Methods Volunteers the experiment control groups were randomly assigned. Both received 10 weeks physical training. The experimental group used a 10-meter lap run track, with squats, left right-side squat jumps, fast bow trot runs, lower limb lifting activities. only running Results Significant differences found blood lactate test rates groups. maximum heart rate at 3 minutes after end decreased, recovery increased, number continuous squats average one minute increased significantly, 8RM squat, 1RM vertical jump. Long jump had very significant differences, including stiffness drop Conclusion field athletes positive impacts through presented. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.
